The time for MOONCAKES has come! This year, I had the chance to try Bakerzin's Snowskin mooncakes. The rum and raisin mooncake is the nicest among the 3 flavours (white, pink and purple) that I tried. But I really must say the ones that my mum bought from one of the hotels is the best! (Can't really remember the hotel though, Raffles hotel?)
I really miss the times when I was young, and my parents brought me and my brother down for a walk around the neighbourhood with our flammable lanterns. At the end of the walk, we would happily burn our paper lanterns! Haha, its not like we were gonna keep it to be used next year! Of course, we kept the plastic lanterns which had a metal holder in the middle since they were not meant to be burnt. And other times we would head over to the home of a friend of my parents, and do some "lantern management" - meaning ensuring that the whole long string of lanterns hanging on the string do not burn, and remain pretty hanging there (since they were made of paper!). Those were really the good times. Its a pity that the new generation no longer enjoy mid-autumn festival as much as I did..
Alright, gotta get back to studying! 2 Marketing chapters!! :(
I successfully cooked Aglio Olio with garlic sausage, bacon and mushroom! Forgot to take a photo though. But I should have added more garlic to bring the flavor out. The biggest problem with yesterday's cooking was the metal pan. Nothing is better than 1) Wok 2) Frying pan. Seriously, a non-stick frying pan not only can cook fatty food like bacon without oil, most importantly, it doesnt burn and the food doesnt stick! How awesome is a frying pan~ :D
LOL. Not sure to laugh or to cry when I opened the fridge. Out of the 4 things that I told him to buy, he bought 2. And he even came home with his cereal, which he didnt forget! Guys.. so easily distracted!

I've been feeling really down lately. It seems like i cant cope with school work and my financial modules. Why do everyone seem to be so engrossed and absorbed in the lessons?? Why do they seem to know everything?? I wish someone can cheer me up :(
It would be awesome if RSL can go on a holiday together to beautiful Langkawi (bottom). Right now, what i really need is a break! And im sure it will be very fun to spend a few days with the girls..
